Someone Tell Me How Does This Website Makes Money

On one of the website i noticed a kontera ad, i clicked on it and came to this website. myforeignexchange.com
It looks like it is a parked domain, although i’’m not sure. As far as i know parked domains do not accept paid traffic , so how do they make money?
