I need some help please with google ads

Hey there i own http://www.nowtutorials.com , Do you think my ads are in the right place for example: http://www.nowtutorials.com/hosting.php
Another thing that is bothering me is i am getting 17-20 clicks a day, but i am only earning $4-$5 a day, I know tutorials is a saturated market when it comes to ads, but can anyone give me any tips or possible solutions to making more on my clicks.
