PPC Banner ads with pretty women? Which networks?

I have found that my medium rectangle banner ad which happens to rotate pretty women converts the best. Unfortunately, it is a CPM ad. Which major networks would have pictures of pretty women to entice my male viewers? Nothing adult, but scantily clad is OK. Ideally, the ad would be about 300×250 (medium rectangle), load quickly, and look like a youtube video ad.
