SSN or EIN for non-Us in CJ

Hi,
I saw that I need to fill applications in order to get money out. Is this correct application for CJ? https://www.irs.gov/businesses/small-businesses-self-employed/apply-for-an-employer-identification-number-ein-online. Thanks!
