IP.Board + IP.Nexus + IP.Content for SALE or TRADE for Xenforo

I am selling an Invision Power Board (IPB) License that comes with: IP.Core + IP.Board, IP.Nexus, IP.Content. Expiring 09 Aug 2014 (can be renewed).
Actual Price from IPB Website is $300.00. I am willing to sell for $200, or a trade with XenForo.
Keep in mind, IPB 4.0 is coming out soon, so I won't be surprised that they increase the price (they have hinted towards it) – this essentially means you are getting it a lot cheaper now than later.
