How often do you blog post

Hey everyone, quick question. How often do you post on your blog, and if you do it regularly, do you make sure that you have regular intervals or even a set date where you post information? I am finding that it becomes a chore if I have to keep posting every other week, so I sometimes allow myself a little break but I am wondering what other people think.
