WP referral plugin.

Greetings fellas.
I'm wondering if anyone can help me with a new ( I can pay ) or mention an existing WodPress referral plugin for my website. Basically, I need to create an algorithm that can allow users to register on my website by paying a specific sum of money, and then refer other users that pay the same money, but a cut goes to the guy who referred them and so on.
