What do you put in your portfolio?

Having a good portfolio is essential for us writers, but what do you put in yours?
I run 2 websites, one for my writing business and the other is Adult retail. I write blogs for both and usually direct potential clients to the one on the writing site. The theme of the blog on this site is general writing related info and some news related stuff.
I guess what I am really asking here is, should I put other topics in as well and are there any topics in particular that are good for potential…
