My Payoneer Card is blocked

Hello Friends…,
This is my second problem in Payoneer account. I have attached payoneer account to Plimus by contacting Payoneer costume support, after it they was blocked my card. When I'm going to load money to card not allowed enter card number, it display unknown number, I have checked it accurately, But not allow to load money. Please help me to activate my card.
