Customers Locations From Database To Google Maps Expert Needed

Hello
I have 1800 orders in my database and I want to hire someone to export the town / cities / states and then import them into a spreadsheet that can be uploaded to Google maps,
Then I would like this person to build a map on Google maps showing all of the 1800 locations, not the address, just the cites and the states ,
I would like this done asap,
