Recipe Niche Website Review Please

I made recipe niche website for adsense earning I got 2 clicks sofar but getting very low cpc just $0.05 per click I dont understand why its so low cpc for this niche.. It should be atleast $1 per click

SEO on page running not finished yet.. not start off page too
