Who valuable is traffic

Hi there,
Im doing some research and i have a lot of traffic. However im wondering how much of you guys are ready to pay lets say for 1000 impressions. I know that for sign ups facebook payed $40 per user which is alot. In the traffic case is it the same that you pick?
