Paypal account limited and I don’t have an ID

My paypal account became limited on March 4th and for a while I didn't do anything about it, but in the last week I've been trying to get it unlimited.
They asked for proof of my SSN, proof of address, and proof of name. I gave them my SSN and bank statement and they both went through fine. But now they want a passport or drivers license and I have neither.
Is there anything I can do to get it unlimited? (Like a fake ID) Also, will I have a chance to link my debit card and cash out after 180…
