Google Adsense 5 times disapprove me

Hello everyone,
I have a site bewareofdrugs.com. When i first time applied for adsense, they disapprove me for "Sensative content". After removing Sensative content when i applied they disapprove me for "adult content" but it didn't have any adult content. When 3rd time i applied they disapprove me for "incorrect address", actually there was no incorrect address. Whatever, when i 4th time applied, they again disapprove me for "broken link".
at the last time when i 5th time applied, they again…
