Web Development & Design or Photo-editing – Seeking Employment

Hello,
I'm selling/freelancing my skills with web design and development. I'll do basic web developement and design – including blogs, redesigns, and some scripting. I am fluent with HTML5, CSS3, PHP, and JavaScript. I can also do Java, C, C++, and other languages – a perspective of my experience.
Depending on the job, the rate is anywhere from $5-$15/hr, or if it's a larger site or that cannot be done, we can negotiate a fixed price for the service.
