I Need Help In sending Payment through Paypal!

Hey,
Recently I have a work done from a from a UK freelancer and he told me to pay through paypal and "
when sending the money
select "I'm paying for Goods or services"

whereas there is no much option in my Paypal India account.
Any help would be appreciated.
