Why am i not top of Google?

Hey Guys,
I have this local computer repair business website called www.slscomputing.co.uk
My keywords are PC Repair Stafford, Computer Repair Stafford, Website Design etc.
Why am i not top for the first two? I have more backlinks, content and keyword related… Is it because it's too stuffed? What have i done wrong on this site? There is only a few sites above me so take a look. I don't see why they are above.
