Webinar software?

Hey there, I am planning on doing a in-depth webinar for freelancers(primarily) that struggle with getting clients and need a more effective way to market themselves on social networks and such-
I have never hosted a webinar, nor do I know what software or service to use.
I'd prefer one that is free or under 100$usd and will let me put an email form on my landing page that will automatically remind the user of the webinar.
Does anyone of you have nay suggestions as to what to use?
