Ok, I have just checked my JVzoo account to find $135 from 5 sales. Here is what I did.

I searched for a related affiliate product on jvzoo to place as upsell/OTO. – 10 mins
I created an email campaign list in aweber and created sign up form and wrote welcome message. – 20 mins
I created a simple squeeze page with leadpages and linked my aweber email campaign. – 5 mins
