Adsense ? – I am very confused..

I have had a adsense account for many years – around 1998 I signed up and used it quite a bit for about 5 years then life happened and i went "off line" (work wise) for quite a bit.
So now I went to log back into my same adsense account. I am making you tube videos now. So when I went to click on the correct area via adsense dashboard for adding you tube it asked me to create a channel at YT – say HUH??? I have TWO channels at YT and have hundreds of videos on them. BUT adsense ONLY wants the…
