Didn’t get the activation e-mail

So I just made a new twitter account, but I didn't receive the activation e-mail. I clicked several times on that send activation e-mail button. I tried to change the e-mail address, but nothing came. Tried to make a new account, but again I didn't receive nothing. Can somebody please help me with this problem and tell me how to solve it, please? Thank you for your time.
