Looking for Competent CSS & PHP Coder.

I'm looking for a competent CSS & PHP coder that can design the layout of a forum (MyBB) and possibly bridge it between wordpress in PHP. There will be some other questions I have, depending on your knowledge and confidence. We can discuss rates on Skype, but I have an open mind.
