Do you think the Alpecin Shampoo works for Hair Growth?

I was just looking around online and keep seeing these adverts for the Alpecin shampoo. I read up on it and it says its a caffeine based shampoo designed by a german company that is supposedly helping to stop hair from falling, and also to possibly re-grow hair.
