Bought a Site on Marketplace but seller is gone

I bought a cheap web site for ten dollars along with some others sites from different sellers. The one seller has a pay now button but when i try to pay it says this seller does not allow instant payments. I have written to the seller repeatedly about I want the site. I bid and won. It is a good site for me.
Do I have any recourse here? Am I being a dope and should just move on? Thanks.
a1petsearch.com that is the site i bid on and won. The seller has good trade reputation.
