Website With Traffic & Earnings

I am looking to buy a website that is receiving traffic and has some earnings. Regarding Earnings I prefer Chitika as I do not have an Adsense account and do not plan on getting one. Earnings doesn't have to be much. I do not have a preference in niche as long as it fits the above criteria. Please pm me or post here with sites.
