How Can I Get More Traffic?

I have been building up this blogger blog:

All I have been doing is adding content and adding it to stumble upon.. I have gotten 2 sales so far. Is there anyway I can get more targeted traffic? Also does anyone know if doing media buys to a blogger blog works?
