SEO of hotel booking site

Hi
Please someone knowing about international SEO
I am Japanese web master, managing hotel booking site for Japanese usually
Recently, I launched English site of my first, but the site does not get a good position in Google.com ,although it get good in Google.co.jp.
Google.com-170(google rank. language is English)
Google.co.jp-21(google rank. language is English)
I want to get it higher rank in Google.com, as for English customer.
Why my site perform like above? I feel that is kind of rare…
