Do These Article Submitters Work???

So far I’ve seen some article submitter tutorial videos on how submit your articles to articles directories or to top ranked pages that are looking for contents like an article.
I’ve seen that you can submit the same article to a couple of hundreds of website at the same time with article submitter software.
I’m a little confused over this.
Do these website or article directories that you submit your article to with the software have unique content rule???
if so, how can you submit the same article to more then one site at the same time???:roll:

They don’t have any content rule at all for your articles.
in this case, then the article submitter makes sense to me.
But I’m not quite sure about the unique content kind of rule that I’ve heard in the past that whenever you want to submit an article it has to be unique.
