I can’t sleep whole night. plz help

hello friends….
well i have a sleeping problem…
every night I can't sleep ….
may be I thinking something while I m lying on bed that's why I can't sleep but I can't stop thinking don't know why…
I m looking for any idea which helps me in stop thinking and sleeping.
Please try to solve my problem.
