Travel site (UK) with Adsense Income $220 last three months. Organic Search Traffic

This is a keyword domain Travel website focusing on "Low Cost Holidays" keyword which is very popular (over 300,000 searches pm) . High CTR Adsense site. I have no time to run it. Currently ranking #20 – #30 on main keyword (google). Also receives traffic from bing-yahoo.
All unique Content , unique site.
