Guest posting help

Hi all!
I am new to this forum. I read some of the top threads on link development forum, i feel its the best place for me. I have three arcade sites. i got 2nd postion in google but after a month, google push back me on 4th. So i think guest post can help me to again gain my rank. So I need the guys who accept the guest posts or give me the reference for guest posting?\
