Having two paypal accounts…

Hey guys… I used to have a business paypal account only, and I saw online that you can have two paypal accounts… one personal and one premiere or business.
So I tried to sign up for a personal account… while registering, paypal gave me two options to choose from… business, or individual. So, I selected "individual". It did not give me any other options. After signing up… I saw that the account type I signed up for is a "Premiere" account. I don't understand… because I was under the…
