Is there’s any technology that can keep the customer in the website while shopping on other websites

Hello.
I have a website, of aggregated websites, and when a visitor wants to shop on one of the websites that are displayed in my website, i want to do the sell on my website, so he will be kept in my website.
Is there any way to do that?
