facebook api question

I am using hybridauth to create apprequests.
I got to the point where I get a valid request object and if I look at the request object it looks totally fine to me. Problem is that when I am logged into facebook I don't get the request.
Anyone got any idea? I also checked permissions and the app has publish_actions permissions.
