Able to get Large Supplies of Websites Not Listed ANYWHERE eg. Flippa/DP ?

I have a client who is interested in buying LARGE and CONTINUOUS supply of websites that aren't listed ANYWHERE in the online marketplace like Flippa/DP/Website broker/ Sedo etc
These websites must have existing organic traffic, even if it's a tiny bit it's fine.
Client have a large budget, so if you have the skill in looking for such websites, you can even work on it as a full-time job as a middle-man.
Maximum purchase for each site is max 2k, as client prefer to have a diverse portfolio.
