Sold a site, buyer disappered!! What to do?

Hello,
A couple of weeks ago, i sold a website here at DPF at the BIN price. The buyer had 0 posts (registered just to make me an offer) and he paid within 5 minutes the full BIN price… Then disappeared.
No more communication of any kind, he never asked how to get the scripts, transfer the domain, etc..
What is correct for me to do? Refund the payment, wait a little more?!
