Domain Splitting into multiple (Redirection Issue)

Our all websites are merging to one domain..and the present domains will be redirected to new domain..
Issue:
eg: current Domain:
xyz.abc.com
splitting into
abc.com/es-mx
abc.com/es-ar
abc.com/es-pr
abc.com/es-uk
Site xyz.abc.com will be splitted into 5 sites (every country will have own domain)..problem is of credibility of xyz.abc.com, that how can we maintain/transfer 1 domain credibility to other domains.
