WordPress Customization Service Needed

Hi all,
I need my already live wordpress website to be customized. I already have one taxonomy of stores.
What do I need?
1. A new taxonomy for categories having the name product.
2. A new taxonomy for categories having the name brand.
3. HTML Sitemap to be added using a plugin which will show these 3 categories viz stores, product, and brand in different pages.
