SEO company won’t release Twitter Info for company

I had an SEO company handling my social media accounts, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest etc and we have since parted ways. However, they would not release the user names and logins for these accounts to me. So I got the twitter account suspended on trademark infringement, because we do own the trademark. But now that it is a suspended twitter account, I can't use my company name because it is still attached to this suspended account. Is there any way I can get twitter to give me the name?
