Make banner able to replicate

Hi guys,
Can any of you make the banners attached able to replicate for my website? As at the moment it can't as it does not look correctly. If you can't would you be able to make a similar one? The lighting does not need to replicate.
I can pay $10 for anyone who helps me out.
