Can someone give me permission to use their blog post for a job role?

So I applied for a job as a marketing assistant and as part of the application process, I’ve been asked to seek a blog post of someone’s for me to put on a blog that I will set up for for the application, can someone please provide me with permission to use one of their blog posts (all credit is given to the original poster)?
Here is the task in full detail:

Get a uni friend / or a friend of a friend who writes blogs and get permission from them to put one of their blog posts on this blog, that you create. Please provide the link to your blog and the post on your friend?s blog post that you place on this.

It would preferably be in the subject of marketing, however, there is little restriction as to what the content can be.
