Upgrade your Samsung S3 to S4?

What are your thougths regarding this?
Should somebody buy the new model, or wait one generation out?
As far as rumors go – Samsung could announce S5 in January 2014, but there is no confirmation.
Since Christmas is approaching one thinks about such matters
