Is it possible to open marketplace website for USA based in India?

I am currently planning to launch website like freelancer.com for USA based in India.But really confused where to start from.My website is fully developed.I am going to use Paypal as my payment gateway.But don't know which type bank account is required for that.What will be the tax system.How will I transfer money etc.Please help me.Thank you.
