Need Information On Broad Match Modifier Keyword Type

In one of my campaign, i have put 2 keywords for broad match modifier..
+vitiligo +treatment
how to get rid of +vitiligo +treatment
now i want to ask that do i need to bid seperately for both keywords or i should bid for only one keyword i.e +vitiligo +treatment because people may or may not type how to get rid of vitiligo treatment..
