AdSense upgrade request has been denied

I applied for adsense for my site tech2auto.com but my application was rejected. The feedback i got from the adsense team was that We did not approve your application for the reasons listed below.
Issues:
– Site does not comply with Google policies
I really do not understand what i should be doing. This is d third time my application has been rejected and I get the same reply from the team. I made the necessary changes but what would it be. can someone help me out in this?
