Where can I post this topic?

Even though I try my best to make sure my topic belongs in the correct category, I seem to get moderated for not being in the right category although there are other topics just like mine. So I am hoping I can ask for help regarding where I can post the following question before it gets deleted… I would like to pay someone to create a simple firefox addon for me. Please tell me where I can ask this question without being punished. Thanks.
