Real Estate Portal – CMS (Enterprise Class) Suggestions would be appreciated

Hi,
We are a group of real estate sales guys who have just started their own venture in India.
We are planning to launch a real estate portal on the lines of www.proptiger.com & www.investinnest.com but with full mobile/tablet compatibility (browser)and we need help –
1. Can anyone suggest the CMS to use for this
2. Which frame works to use
3. Are there any scripts we can use
We understand that we won't be able to go live with all features – we want to launch a basic version to begin with…
