Looking for sirarcade.com contact

Hey everyone, guys, it's me again. Now i'm looking for sirarcade.com owner contact and of course i'll pay you for his working email/icq/skype/whatever else. The reason i looking to contact him is that i want to buy ad space (web and mobile banners and other formats) on this site very much. I have advertisers with open budgets, that are very interested in his traffic!
