Can anyone point me in a direction to advertise

Hello, I'm new to this forum. I recently just started an online business through a reputable vendor selling twitter followers, twitter retweets, youtube likes, youtube views, and facebook fans. I have done research and been in contact with the provider. I have gone through sites like probux, nerdbux, and traffic swarm before with a very very small roi. I also have a list, but my list is only around 600 people at the moment. I would like information on what sites I can advertise on that target…
