Slideshare Account Suspended

Hi,
I have 6 accounts in slideshare.net on different categories and recently I received the mails from slideshare team saying that, 5 of my accounts has been suspended as it was found to be in violation of SlideShare's Terms of Service and/or Community Guidelines. But I believe that, I followed their guidelines while using the accounts. So I have sent the review request by using the link https://slideshare.wufoo.com/forms/suspended-users-support-request/ and not received any reply from them….
